Theme: ‘Embracing Mindfulness in Bhutan’ Do you believe in the power of mindfulness? What does being mindful mean to you?  This is your chance to shine and inspire the world with your creativity! Join our video competition and share how mindfulness enriches everyday life, all through the beauty of a Bhutanese lens. From daily rituals, art, music, to personal growth & stunning landscapes, let your story shine and leave a lasting impact. Who can participate?  The competition is open to Students Professionals Independent Creators Teams Anyone with a story to tell about Mindfulness and Bhutan! Eligibility Open to Bhutanese individuals or teams only. No prior filmmaking experience required – creativity is key! Participants are required to follow BGMM social media. (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) Participants that do not follow all accounts will not be eligible to enter the competition. What we’re looking for We’re seeking a short yet impactful video that captures the essence of mindfulness. Show us how you bring this transformative practice to life! Your video entry can explore interpretations of the theme through but NOT limited to Art Food Music Relationships Community Nature Work Movement Tranquility Personal Growth Competition Entry categories & requirements Long videos Specifications: Length: 1 to 3 minutes Format: MP4, minimum resolution 1080p. Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (landscape) Language: Any (non-English videos must include English subtitles). Content: Original, family-friendly, and aligned with the theme ‘Embracing Mindfulness in Bhutan’.  Reels Specifications:  Length: Within 60 seconds. Format: MP4, minimum resolution 1080p. Aspect Ratio: 9:16 (Portrait) Language: Any (non-English videos must include English subtitles). Content: Original, family-friendly, and aligned with the theme ‘Embracing Mindfulness in Bhutan’. Submission Guidelines Each participant or team may submit more than one video/Reel. Videos/Reels must not have been previously published or submitted to other competitions. Submissions should include a short description (below 100 words) about the video/Reel and its inspiration. Content must be organic and should not contain any plagiarized material. Content must not contain any element that promotes hate, religion, politics, discrimination. All long videos/Reels can be submitted via a link (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive) through Google forms. The grading sheet is as follows:   Score Range GRADE 91 100 A 76 90 B 60 75 C All grading is to be done based on the following Judging Criterion  Furthermore, BGMM will offer paid internships based on mutual interest.
