Bhutan Global Mindfulness & MICE (BGMM) is a strategic joint venture between Druk Holding and Investments Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Druk Holding and Investments (DHI), Bhutan, and G Nine Investments Ltd., an international investment company based in Singapore. BGMM was incorporated in Singapore on 31st August 2023.

BGMM has also established a subsidiary company, BGMM Gelephu, in the Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC), which was incorporated on 4 March 2026.

The company is dedicated to developing and promoting Bhutan’s unique identity to a global audience through immersive mindfulness-based experiences.

Its core business activities include engaging with digital and virtual markets, as well as organizing and managing exhibitions, conferences, conventions, concerts, and related events across both physical and digital platforms.
