Connecting Bhutan With The World Through Mindfulness
Our Company, Bhutan Global Mindfulness & MICE Holdings Pte Ltd (BGMM), is a strategic joint venture between Druk Holding and Investments Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Druk Holding and Investment, Bhutan, and G Nine Investments Ltd, an international investment company based in Singapore.
BGMMH was incorporated in Singapore on 31st August 2023, with operations based in Bhutan. The company aims to promote various aspects of the Kingdom of Bhutan to a global audience through immersive mindfulness and wellness experiences.
BGMMH has established a subsidiary, BGMM Gelephu, in Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC). Incorporated on 4 March 2026, BGMM Gelephu serves as the primary operating entity for business development, project implementation, partnership engagement, and service delivery.
